The CamdenBoss CTB1500 series offers reliable, 5mm pitch commercial standard profile screw terminal blocks designed for direct PCB mounting. Manufactured with end-stackable designs, these solid terminal blocks feature guided pin alignment, wire protector terminals, and anti-solder wicking to ensure secure electrical connections across 2 to 12 pole configurations.
Moulded in grey UL94-V0 flame-retardant polycarbonate, the CTB1500 range supports solid cable sizes from 0.5 to 4.0mm² (30–12 AWG) and stranded wire up to 2.5mm². Rated at 24A/250V (UL 18A/300V), each block incorporates M2.5 zinc-plated steel captive screws and nickel-plated brass terminals suitable for standard Ø1.3mm PCB hole sizes.
- Pitch & Mounting: 5mm pin spacing with guided pin alignment for standard Ø1.3mm PCB holes.
- Pole Options: Available in 2 to 12 pole solid, end-stackable blocks.
- Electrical Ratings: 24A / 250V rated (UL 18A / 300V; VDE and IMQ approved).
- Wire Compatibility: Accepts 0.5–4.0mm² (30–12 AWG) solid cable and 0.5–2.5mm² stranded cable.
- Durable Construction: Flame-retardant grey UL94-V0 polycarbonate housing.
- Terminal Specs: Tinned, nickel-plated brass terminals with wire protector terminals and captive M2.5 steel screws (0.5Nm torque rating).
