A good range of products and available in useful quantities for the
hobbyist purchaser. Shipping charges are very reasonable and everything
is efficiently dispatched without delay. Their customer service was also
friendly and quibble-free when I had a minor QC problem with a
product. Highly recommended.
My first customer experience of JPR ticked all the right boxes! They
dispatched my order immediately for next day delivery. 2 days later
however, the part had not arrived. I phoned and spoke to Sales
Supervisor Sarah Sweeney who immediately contacted UPS couriers, and
called me back to confirm delay was due to the UPS pre Christmas volume
