Myrra 47000 series encapsulated electronic transformers are switched mode power supplies which offer increased power, and energy saving characteristics due to high efficiency. They are suitable alternatives to linear transformers in all AC/DC applications up to 5W power rating, and are an alternative to DC/DC converters for DC current applications. Within the same footprint as an EI30 transformer they will replace a 50Hz transformer, fuse, bridge rectifier, and filtering capacitor, enabling upgrade of your application without the need for PCB redesign.
