PCB Sheeting Guillotines

Two low-cost guillotines for PCB’s and metal or plastic sheeting, with impressive safety features. Both are a manual guillotines capable of cutting 2.0 mm FR4 laminates, plastic sheeting up to 2 mm thick, and aluminium sheet up to 1.0 mm thickness. Free access to the cutting area is prevented by heavy perspex shielding along both sides of the blade, and a safety latch is fitted at the lever pivot preventing accidental lowering of the blade whilst it is clear of the cutting area. The lever design ensures virtually effortless operation over the maximum cutting widths. For positional accuracy the beds of the guillotines are fitted with a recessed metric rule to assist in securing the PCB or sheet while cutting is in progress. The bases are provided with a mounting facility for securing to a work bench.
