Quicktest Mains Connector

The Quicktest is ideal for use in laboratories, service departments etc., or in any situation where leads require rapid and safe temporary connection to the mains supply. UK manufacture conforms to BS:1362. Tough phenolic moulded construction. Flame-retardant thermoplastic hinged lid. Insulated, colour coded L; N and E clips. Neon indicator shows live status. When the lid is closed, mains supply is connected and all live contacts are inaccessible. Current is cut when the lid is raised. Can be bench or wall mounted. NB. These test connectors are not suitable for mains connection to equipment in domestic use, as defined in the Electrical Equipment Safety Regulations 1975.
