For delivery within Mainland U.K.
You can order online, by email, phone, fax or post. For all orders there is a minimum goods order value of £30.00, unless you have an approved credit account with JPR.
Payment
We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard, Delta & Maestro. Online orders can only be paid for by credit/debit card, unless you have an approved credit account with JPR. For ordering by other methods, we accept UK Company cheques up to £1000 cleared immediately subject to status, or BACS bank transfer. For export sales we also accept payment by telegraphic transfer (GBP250.00 min) or by confirmed letter of credit (GBP3000.00 min.).

Delivery
Deliveries to UK addresses will normally be despatched within 3 working days. We try to hold sufficient stock to meet all orders, but we may be unable to ship your complete order from stock. In this case we will ship all available items straight away, and any out of stock items will be shipped within 28 days. If we cannot complete your order within 28 days your credit card will be reimbursed with the value of any items not shipped.
Shipping - UK Mainland Orders only
All orders over £30.00 are delivered carriage free (UK mainland only). Orders below £30.00 can only be placed by customers with approved credit accounts, and are subject to a £3.95 carriage charge.
For delivery outside Mainland U.K.
Our website cannot accept orders for delivery outside mainland U.K. You can order by email, fax, post or phone, or you can contact us for a quotation. Our sales desk will respond and advise product availability and shipping costs as soon as possible. For all deliveries outside mainland UK the minimum order value is £100.
Shipping - International Orders
