High Power Infrared Source and Sensor
Spectrally matched near infra-red source and sensor comprising a high output infra-red emitter in standard 5 mm LED package (TSUS5400) and a high speed silicon PIN photodiode sensor, housed in an infra-red transmissive moulding ( BPW41). Designed for high speed photo-detector use, remote control circuits etc. Full data sheet available on request.
