HY P6KE Series Transient Voltage Suppressors
The HY Electronic P6KE Series are Glass Passivated unidirectional Transient Voltage Suppressors. The TVS diodes feature fast response times and clamping voltage capability and low leakage. The suppressor offers transient voltage surge protection in inductive circuits.
