Melody Generator ICs

Low cost melody generator ICs in TO-92/DIL 8 package, for use in a wide range of circuit projects. Built in oscillator circuit minimises additional component requirement, and a simple circuit can be constructed with only a 3V battery and 8ohm speaker.
Power supply is 1.5V to 4.5V. Range of melodies as listed below.
