Kapton Tape

A high quality Kapton® tape based on Dupont Kapton® film, backed with a cross linked silicon polymer adhesive. The tape is designed for use in extreme temperatures (up to 400°C) and has excellent resistance to thermal radiation. This makes it ideal for masking gold edge fingers and edge connectors during soldering and reflow soldering processes, and various other applications requiring a thin, tough insulation.

Total thickness: 0.065mm
Tensile strength: 40N/cm
Elongation: 70%
Dielectric strength: 7000V

Available on 12, 19 and 25mm widths. Supplied on 33m reels.
