Rotary Jet Spray Etcher

This unit from Mega Electronics has many advanced features, making an ideal upgrade to a Bubble Etch Tank. PCBs can be etched 3-4 times faster than a standard bubble etch tank. The new board holder takes multiple small boards or single boards up to 10" x 12" (254x305mm), and the integral spray wash tank with adjustable spray bars keeps the whole etching process clean. Digital temperature and timer controls minimise over-etching problems, and offer high resolution procesing with low failure rate. The unit can also be used to develop or strip photoresists, an integral splash hopper helps to contain all chemicals and aid clean processing, and a safety cut-out switches the motor off if the lid is raised during etching. The transparent case design enables panels to be examined after processing without removal, and an optional base unit is available separately. Supplied complete with mains lead and 13A plug. RoHS exempt
