Microtrak PCB Developer Concentrate & Powder

Microtrak PCB Developer is suitable for use with all alkaline developed, positive photo resists and fully aqueous dry film photo resists.

Available in powder or liquid concentrate form and suitable for use in tank or processing tray.

This developer is used to develop the image on PCB Laminates, after being exposed on a UV exposure unit with suitable artwork, once developed the board can then be etched with a suitable Etchant such as Ferric Chloride or Fine Etch Crystals. This developer is less aggressive than some other developers, and it also allows much greater control over the development process. This developer is also less affected by exposure to air and so has a much longer shelf life.

The liquid concentrate solution should be mixed 3 parts water to 1 part developer. It should be used at a temperature of approximately (30-35°C).

The powder version should be mixed 50g to one litre of tap water.

Should be kept in undiluted form in an airtight container.

Contains Disodium Metasilicate, Sodium Hydroxide
