A range of alphanumeric STN (supertwist) LCDs with built-in LED backlights. LCD characters are black on grey background. 8 bits parallel data input. Supply voltage +5V. Operating temperature 0° to 50°C.High quality LED displays incorporating high efficiency, high brightness LEDs with a high contrast between digits and background. All types have right hand decimal point.
