If you wish to return goods purchased from us, you must contact us to obtain our agreement for the return of the goods, and to obtain a returns reference authorisation number. Goods returned to us on this basis must be sent at your own cost and risk, and must be in the same condition and packaging as when delivered to you. Goods returned without a returns authorisation number will not be accepted. Where we accept that the goods are either defective or have been damaged in transit we will either replace the goods or refund the purchase price, at our discretion. Goods returned as "not wanted" or "incorrectly ordered" will only be accepted if returned within 30 days from the original invoice date, and will be subject to a 20% handling charge (min. £2.00) which will be deducted from the purchase price refunded. Returns under guarantee will only be accepted if accompanied by a document in writing stating the date of purchase and original invoice number.

If you have purchased goods from JPR Electronics Ltd. as a "Consumer" as defined in section 12 of the Unfair Contracts Act 1977, the following additional rights apply:

• Cancellation
               You may exercise your right to cancel your order at any time up the end of 7 working              days after you have received the goods. JPR Electronics Ltd. will refund you the              price paid for any goods returned provided that such goods are returned by you and              received by us in the same condition they were in when delivered to you.
• Returns
               You may return the goods at your own cost and risk within 30 days from the date of              delivery to you. JPR Electronics Ltd. will refund or re-credit you with the amount              paid by you for the goods within 30 days of delivery to our Contact details address,              provided that the goods have been returned in the same condition and packaging as              when delivered to you.
